We want you to be satisfied with your Tekriv purchase. If you change your mind about an item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, a partial refund will be issued, deducting shipping costs and taxes from the original order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and plastic stickers attached, and include the original packaging without postal labels.
