We want you to be satisfied with your Tekriv purchase. If you change your mind about an item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, a partial refund will be issued, deducting shipping costs and taxes from the original order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and plastic stickers attached, and include the original packaging without postal labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
